I was wondering when it came to your first time at a camp ground did you feel scared or awkward because you thought you would not know how to use the equipment //or hook up to electricity or whatever you needed. How was your first night sleeping in your van, were you scared and where did you sleep? I have been thinking of doing this for years but I do not have a van just a car....love your channel

A lot of that produce lo9ks good, especially that kale I could make a good vegetable drink with some kale, apple, and what other vegetable you have My juicer turns everything to liquid so I get all the fiber and a healthy drink I say this because I used to own a juicer where the liquid came out one side, and the fiber out the other side You can also sautéed some kale and grill or bake a serving of Salmon to place on top Using your.own seasonings Or a kale salad with other vegetables and fruit But, youre right that's a lot of veggies 😊😊😊

I too get my water at whole Foods here in Atlanta And those little thin blue gloves the employees wear, I ask for a pair to use while shopping, and I use them again when I fill my car with gas, then I toss them Been using them since the Covid19 pandemic Too many people have touched that gas pump. I still keep hand sanitizer in my car

You need to be alone to heal your inner wounds. We all need to do that. It is more difficult to heal with others around. We should all learn to enjoy and embrace our isolation

I think some of things you’re speaking about is just being human. I think we all have thoughts like that especially when we’re alone with your thoughts. Well, I know that happens to me too. And like you I have to do something to distract those thoughts and feelings. We just being humans.

In agriculture, what are the laws for working with no time off. Even if its subcontracting, this does not sound legal. They are worried about drug use yet they physically wear a person down with long working days and no days off. This would be just as dangerous for a worker as using drugs or alcohol.

Juicing fresh picked organic collards into green juice is a MAJOR BOOST! Juicing is something past the blender. Walmart has juicers. Think carrot juice! Kale juice with lemon! Woooo ... You get shards which I usual cook. I make veggie patties by pressing all the veggie shards from the juicer together with organic whole wheat flour. Then when they are solid I fry them and eat them with even MORE veggies! ❤ Haaaaa😮

That land of your extended family...BEAUTIFUL! The Smokey mountains are just so gorgeous! Those are Shelf Mushrooms growing on the sides of trees. Do NOT eat ANY wild mushrooms unless you are 100% positive of the species being safe to consume. There are FAR too many wild mushrooms that are UNSAFE that may look similar to safe species. What a lovely family! ♥ OMG...I totally get you with not having eyebrows!! I mean, I have them but they have no color to them at all, they're totally transparent! My son makes fun of me all the time! I know you're doing vanlife to save money so you can buy your own piece of land. If you're interested in growing your own food, you might want to check out where you can work or volunteer with co-op farms along your way. When I was living out in central PA we had a Co-op farm we worked at in exchange for weekly boxes. I learned a lot and worked hard but it was so worth it! It was a great experience for sure! I already had a lot of gardening experience growing up, my mom and I grew a lot of our own produce in our backyard so working at a Co-op was awesome and on a HUGE scale! Growing up outside Chicago, and my mother was from St.Louis, I've never felt afraid or in any kind of danger in any large city. I love both rural and city living. I've lived on a farm, currently living in a smaller city and I always manage to find what makes me feel comfortable.

These unresolved issues come up when you're quiet because they want to be observed, and resolved. Meditating, doing breathing exercises and being quiet without distraction help you become familiar with these thoughts: then you can start writing them down and doing writing exercises. Is that feeling true? the conclusions I came to after these events... do they actually make sense? Can I reframe the situation, forgive them, forgive myself? Forgiving people is not about letting them off the hook as much as setting yourself free from them. Putting things on paper and re-reading can be very revealing... are negative voices in your head and some conditionings running your life, can you reframe all of this? YOU get to decide who you are in this world 😊 I suggest you pick up the book "breaking the habit of being yourself" by Joe Dispenza. It was life changing for me! ❤ 😊 📚

Funny thing...I just got FOUR POUNDS of frozen blueberries from a local food bank. I don't refreeze or really use frozen foods other than homemade blender fresh fruit popsicles. I've been a lacto-vegetarian since 1984. Anyway I popped the frozen blueberries into the blender and put in a little crystallized monkfruit and cinnamon. WOW instant compote! Even my Chiweenie Paco liked it. Blueberries are good for dogs too. Anyway twice, I really wanted to tell you about the acupressure points for migraines and my own method too. There is a web between your thumb and forefinger. At the top of that pyramid there is a joint and joining of muscle. With the other hand using the other thumb and forefinger massage this point hard or softly. You can switch hands too. First in the side that the headache is on. If that's not enough. Press your fingers into your upper arm muscle right under your shoulder in the side of the headache. You will also notice that the headache might start from tension in your shoulders. I sometimes put some Lidocaine on the tense shoulders. You can use Vick's under your nose for distraction too! 😂❤🎉 Also, since it's acupressure the headache might switch sides, keep following it. It is normal for it to switch sides. It's a principle of the human body. Haaaaa...😅
